If you experience any issues with our EZ VPNTM service, we strongly recommend first checking the EZ VPNTM Open Incidents section and then request support from our technical service team.

In case you are not able to request support from the management interface, you can submit a support request via email. Do not hesitate to send an email to:

Be sure to include the following information:

  • First name and last name.
  • A phone number where we can contact you.
  • Your country and time zone.
  • Your EZ VPNTM account email address.
  • The EZ BoxTM ID (This is the device MAC address. You'll find it on the device label) if the problem is related to a device.
  • A detailed description of the problem.
