Getting Started

To access EZ VPNTM management interface:

Sign up

To Sign Up to EZ VPNTM management interface:

  1. Click Sign Up button in the EZ VPNTM management interface.

Fill in your credential to complete the registration:

  1. Fill in your name and password.

    Password must be between 8 and 40 characters long, at least 1 digit, 1 lower case, 1 upper case, 1 special character.

  2. Check "I declare to accept the Terms of Service".

  3. Check "I'm not a robot" and answer the CAPTCHA test.

  4. Click Create account button.

Access your mail account and open the confirmation email you received from EZ VPNTM. Check your spam folder in case the email is not your inbox:

  1. Click the Activate button to activate EZ VPNTM management account.

Log in

Login to EZ VPNTM management interface:

  1. Click Log in in the EZ VPNTM management page.

  1. Type your EZ VPNTM account's email address and password.
  2. Click Log in button.

Password recovery

To recover a lost password, access the log in form:

  1. Click Lost password button or click here to access the recovery password form.

  1. Type your email address.
  2. Click Reset password button.

An email has been sent to your email account containing instructions to reset the password.

Click reset Password in the the email you received to reset the password.

  1. Type and confirm the new password.
  2. Click Reset password button to reset the password.

Protect your account

When creating your account, you can choose whether you want to use two-factor authentication (highly recommended to enhance security) and also the option to set the authentication and notifications via Telegram. By enabling Telegram, every time someone accesses the management website, you will also receive a notification (as well as on emails) which will report the place and IP address from where the access was made.

With EZ VPNTM management interface you can enable the following security login method:

Enable Log in with Telegram

The following procedure requires a Telegram Account.

Enable Telegram login integration:

  1. Click the "profile name" on the top-right corner of the Management interface.
  2. Click Security option.

  1. Click Log in with Telegram button to enable Telegram integration.

  1. Select your Country.
  2. Type your phone number.
  3. Click Next button to generate the Telegram confirmation message.

A confirmation message has been sent to your Telegram account:

  1. From your telegram account click Confirm button to accept EZ VPNTM integration.

In the EZ VPNTM login interface:

  1. Click Log in with Telegram button to login using Telegram integration.

Enable 2FA (Two-Factor-Authentication)

Enable Telegram login integration:

  1. Click the "profile name" on the top-right corner of the Management interface.
  2. Click Security option.

  1. Click Enable it button in the Two Factor Authentication Settings section.

  1. Click Proceed button warning.

  1. Scan the QR code with your Authenticator app.
  2. Type the 6 digit code generated by your Authenticator app.
  3. Click Submit button to configure the 2FA settings.

If, for any reason you are not able to scan the QR code:

  1. Click "Try this instead" to generate the code to submit into your authenticator app.
